First, let me start by thanking Jay for introducing me to Crossfit. Trebor-You friggin ROCK!! You are a true inspiration to all of us and I thank you for pushing me well past what I ever thought I was capable of, Kate, you brighten everyones day when you come in...and that is awesome for everyone!! The rest of the Crossfit family, Thank you for all the encouragement along the way. Let me digress just a moment, I came to Crossfit on an invitation and LOVED every minute of it. I wanted to lose some weight and get in much better shape than I was in at the time. At first I thought there was no way I could do what I now crave on a daily basis and for that I am so thankful I have found all of you! So, without rambling on, a HUGE THANK YOU to Trebor and Kate, but Jay, TT, Jenn and Kirsten (they were my first intro to the "family") and of course I can forget my 6am crew you guys make my day and make it 100% enjoyable everyday I come to work out!
I am humbled by everyone who welcomed me with open arms and encourage me on a daily basis!! Thank you!!

To start I'd like to thank Trebor, Kate and the CrossFit family (especially the 6am class). It has been such an honor to workout with you for over a year now. CrossFit has helped me in so many ways. My uncle is a world champion powerlifter and began training me to powerlift when I was fourteen. I joined CrossFit hoping to learn different exercises to strengthen and help heal injuries from years of powerlifting and sports. The results have been amazing. The core strengthing exercises have helped me tremendously. I would recommend this to anyone. I've also learned different exercises that can help my patients heal faster. Thank you Trebor for being so inspiring to everyone at CrossFit. It's amazing how God can work all things for good because you are truly a blessing and motivation to those around you.
In good Health,

Kate,
I want you to know that you're the greatest person, trainer, and friend a crazy sixteen year old could ask for. I came to Crossfit Valdosta looking to loose weight and get away from the drama. I am leaving inspired, enlightened, and thankful. Not only have I lost weight (5 dress sizes), but I gained a new self, a new trainer, and a dependable friend. You are a wonderful, loving, and caring person with a true heart of gold. You, Trebor and the Crossfit Valdosta family have greatly impacted my life. You could have given up but you stayed true. You all are like family to me. I am going to miss your loud, sometimes annoying cheers, but you have truly made me a better person! I love you bunches!
Love always,
Mary

You all are amazing, you truly are. Thank you for your friendship. We miss you all; being able to be energized by your constant energy and passion for life everyday spoils us. Let us never take it for granted. To know you are fighting for us over here does nothing but inspire all of us. Some of the men and women we work with here have never met you all, but are awed by your stories of strength, determination, and heart. We have complete respect for you. Your acts prove to us what we all are capable of. Thank you.

"Pain is important; how we evade it, how we succumb to it, how we deal with it, how we transcend it." It is that pain that unites us all at CFV and creates a cohesion that one can only experience after sharing in the pain together. I have had a great time working out and meeting some awesome people. Keep kicking butt everyone!

Trebor is a true inspiration. I was looking for a way to get motivated again. After his workouts and helping motivate my friends, I ran another marathon and am back into my love of running. Although I haven't been back to CFV in a few months, I do miss the workouts, but have some health issues I am dealing with and am just trying to out run them right now. Congrats on your first year of business CFV! Keep up the GREAT WORK!

I wanted to get fit for my sister's wedding last November and knew a regular gym wouldn't cut it...you know the kind, they show you how to work every piece of equipment and then debit your account each month not caring if you show up or not. My fit test with "Satan" was daunting. Trebor handed me a 12 pound ball and told me to run. Needless to say I flunked and could hardly move the next day when I showed up to my private training...but six weeks later I was in the wedding in a sleeveless dress and my arms did not jiggle. CFV is not a regular gym, Trebor and his team actually care that you show up and follow your progress and want you to succeed. The comradery at the gym before and after the workouts give so much motivation to me each day that I am there. Trebor has inspired me to be better to myself and in turn, that causes me to be better in all aspects of life. He has made me enjoy working out, even though I cringe every time I look at the board. Yea Burpees!

I am absolutely addicted to CFV. I have always loved working out but CFV has made it so much more fun! I love that Joe and I have found a place where we are able to work out together and both of us love doing it. CFV has been a new bonding experience for he and I and I love that! Trebor, you're the best trainer I have ever been around. You make me do things I never thought I could. I walk into CF, look at the board, and think "how am I going to do that?", then when I'm done I turn around and say "I just did that!" It's awesome!!!

Just a shout out to any visitors to the site. I've been coming to Crossfit for a little under three months now. I love the workouts; but, most of all I love the motivation and inspiration from Trebor and others participating in the Workout Of the Day.
I have never experienced such drastic and immediate results. I've already lost 20 lbs and I am stronger than I've ever been. Coming to Crossfit has improved every area of my life. Crossfit is more than a workout, it's an experience. A very positive, life changing experience with some of the most encouraging people in Titletown!
Loven' the results,
Kelly Barcol
